Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer - born on the 4th of August, 1981 is an American Actress. Her performances in the movies Cowboys & Aliens and The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful as well as in the tv series Angela's eye Mad Men Hawthorne, and Suits are among her most well-known work. She currently stars as Amantha Holden on the Sundance Channel drama series Rectify. Abigail Leigh Spencer has worked in both television and film. The roles she played in the drama show Rectify and the sci-fi drama Timeless have made her an international star. Gulf Breeze Florida native made her debut as an actor on the television show All My Children. Her character in the soap show All My Children earned the actress an award by the soap Opera Digest as the Best Female newcomer. Following that she mostly played guest parts on various television shows. She was recognized for her role as her character, Dr. Erin Jameson, in the show Hawthorne. Gradually, her beautiful looks and powerful acting abilities helped her to build an ardent fan base. When she was about twenty years old, her first movie role was in Campfire Stones. She has also appeared as a character in Jekyll This Means War, Chasing Mavericks as well as other films. The part she played on Beautiful Now earned her a nomination for the Madrid International Film Festival Award. She played Lucy Preston the history professor in Timeless. Spencer has received positive reviews from critics about her performance in the sci-fi TV series Timeless. The actress has also been nominated for an award called the Teen Choice Award.
